In June 2024, Ashandelle client, Tethr, and Awaken Intelligence merged to create a powerful new company, Creovai, combining AI-driven conversation intelligence and agent guidance for contact centers.
The name "Creovai" reflects their commitment to creating and believing in AI solutions that customers can trust. For over a decade, Tethr has used AI to deliver actionable insights from customer conversations, while Awaken Intelligence has provided innovative agent guidance since 2019. Together, they aim to transform customer and employee experiences, driving improvements in retention, sales, and service efficiency, with a promise of fast ROI, ease of use, and actionable insights.
Ashandelle created the new branding and website to ensure a new visual identify for Creovai that incorporated pieces of both Tethr’s and Awaken Intellience’s brand identities. By melding elements of the two brands Ashandelle was able to retain equity and trust from the previous brands.
