Helping innovators tell compelling stories with generative AI

The Challenge

Getting from proof of concept to full storytelling product for innovators

Narratize goes beyond traditional generative AI content creation. Using proven storytelling patterns, combined with the power of large language models and generative ai, they enable innovators and experts to craft compelling stories that drive both understanding and action.

After completing a brand and website for Narratize, we were asked to extend their current proof-of-concept design to a full product, ready to hit the market. We helped Narratize design a solution to make it easy for innovators to craft complex stories, share and collaborate with others in their organizations, and quickly repurpose content into other deliverables.

Getting started

The discovery phase

While not all who wander are lost, wandering is not the right approach to designing a successful product. We dug into Narratize’s proof of concept and conducted usability audits, analyzed the current competition, and began our initial concepts and explorations.

Story prompting

Be gone writer’s block! Getting started can be the hardest part of writing a story. Prompting users with questions helps them get the right information down fast and tell a compelling story.

Repurposing existing content into different use cases

Content should never be one-and-done. Creators needed to repurpose content for different use cases, helping extend its value with the click of a button.

Working with the development team

An in-depth component library and documentation for a faster build

We love working with your app developers end-to-end to ensure a successful delivery. In addition to providing Narratize with in-depth design documentation, we created a component library to ensure a repeatable and scalable system going forward. And we were available throughout the build process to provide input and answer questions.

Continued support and product planning

Up and to the right, together

We don’t agree with the old spaghetti western agency method. We’re in it for the long-haul and don’t ride off into the sunset once a project is complete. After launch, we continued to support the Narratize team as they planned out their roadmap and prioritized upcoming initiatives and upcoming feature sets.
